Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment for registration and to fill in a health questionnaire. If you are concerned about waiting, it is advised you ring on the day of your appointment to see if the doctor is running to schedule.
Please remember to obtain and bring the following when you come for your appointment.
An initial consultation will involve taking a full history and an examination. This may take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the problem. The doctor may order further tests, including performing a bedside ultrasound and, in some circumstances, a biopsy may be necessary.

Please allow ample time for parking. We understand there may be unexpected traffic or roadwork delays, but please allow enough time to arrive at your appointment. We may need to reschedule your appointment if you are running very late.
BreastCare appreciate you notifying us at your earliest possible convenience if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows the practice to offer the appointment to other patients from our waiting list.
Repeated cancellations without notification may not be offered further appointments.
